the president's base supporters-- young people, african americans in cleveland and columbus-- then you could see a much closer race at least in ohio than the public polls show. we should say because we haven't mentioned it yet, if that happens given the way they count protestants in the state -- provisional ballots and absentee ballots we may not know. >> that would be november 17. >> and we could have a situation where he wins the three southern states and colorado and ohio are laying out there. >> which means we have to be looking closely at virginia. virginia early tomorrow evening the polls will close and if virginia goes for romney we could be in for a very long night. >> i absolutely agree because in some ways bain and the auto bailout aside virginia is a tougher state for governor romney because it has lots of young people, lots of suburban voters who are on social issues, i think that's the one place where there are women's issues their agenda has worked well and hispanics and african americans so if governor romney wins that state it mean he is will be strong we are the northern virgini

. in columbus, they are urging that their members are allowed inside the polling place, which would create chaos. i have not heard many reports in the cleveland of people challenging voters in early voting. there is only one site in cleveland, so it is easy to keep track of what is happening, but on election day, there will be a lot of different sites. >> people in florida have reportedly waited as long as eight hours to vote early, causing state officials to file a lawsuit because of inadequate facilities. one official said that these long lines amounted to voter suppression. >> what is happening in this country cannot be allowed. >> let us vote! >> that is florida. talk about florida and then bring it back to ohio. we have this video of the investigative journalist in montgomery county, the early voting lines that snake through this one area. the line is endless, and yet, there were only a few hours too early boat. >> it is looking a lot like 2008. what the republicans did, they cut down the early voting hours, including the sunday before the election, when black churches historic immobilize t

they had to vote provisionally. there was a place in columbus. there were 50 people standing in line, 40 of those 50 came out having voted provisionally. you know, people not being on the list when they should have been on when they registered, and so we are really concerned about that. pennsylvania. this campaign of confusion around identification, the aclu won that lawsuit. earlier, i got a tax from someone who went to college with me saying that we are required to ask for identification. she told them i am not showing it to you because i know i do not have to, but that kind of confusion leads to a real kind of question. at the end of the day after the election is close, we are going to be really having to deal with this mess and make sure that we have free, fair, and accessible elections and that we are pushing back on all of these voter suppression efforts that were passed by politicians trying to manipulate the laws for their own game. >> were you surprised by what you have seen? and do you think this is going to determine the outcome of the election? and this issue of voter suppres
